Early Payment Discount to private paying families when they pay tuition early 

To qualify for this monthly saving, please ensure your payment is submitted on or before the 20th of the month prior to the tuition due date. For instance, you'd pay by August 20th for September's tuition, and by September 20th for October's.

Here's how much you can deduct from your payment:

• Full-time tuition: Deduct $50

• Part-time tuition: Deduct $25

• Daily rate tuition: Deduct $10

Waitlist Options:

We offer three distinct waitlist options to best suit your family's needs and desired timeline for enrollment.

Waitlist payment options for INFANT and TODDLERS classrooms: 

Option 1) - Guaranteed Start Date 

Registration fee =$150 (non refundable) 

Monthly Holding fee = 50% of the monthly Tuition per month until desired start date from when the spot becomes available.

This monthly holding fee is non-refundable and covers our facility costs to hold the spot. 

Option 2) - Waitlist One 

Registration fee =$150  (non-refundable)

Waitlist fee = 1st months tuition (Non -refundable) 

This deposit guarantees a call from us when a spot becomes available and has not been used by a family from the Option 1 list. 

 * This option provides a family with a number on Waitlist list One, when your number comes up we call & email you. You have 48 hours to return the call/email and begin the registration process.  If we do not hear from you within 48 hours we will move to the next person on the waitlist.

Please note* There is no guaranteed start date with Option 2

Option 3) - Waitlist Two 

Registration fee = $150  (non-refundable)

This fee gives families a number on Waitlist two 

If we get through Waitlist One and no one set up a start date etc. we will call you in numerical order.  You have 24 hours to return the call/email and set everything up. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours we will move to the next person on the waitlist.

Annual tuition: 

If parents wish to pay for a full school year, there will be a 15% discount off the total price. 

If you choose to un-enroll your student for any reason, half of the full year tuition will be refunded when a written notice has been provided one month or more prior to the child's last day (IF that termination is happening between September and December.) 

If the unenrollment occurs between January and March we can refund a quarter of the yearly tuition. 

Late Payment Fees = $50 every week late 

Late Pick up Fees = $5 every 15 minutes late (If you are late please call so we can assure your child that you are safe) 

● We do not reimburse for absences, emergency closures or vacation time. ● Payments are accepted by online payment via Brightwheel or by check - Brightwheel is preferred ● If you are 3 weeks or more late paying tuition we will mark your account as delinquent and 

will not be able to offer care for your child until payment has been received. If an alternative payment plan is needed please speak with our Director. 

● If you wish to change your child’s schedule we require a 4 week notice. Any schedule changes will not go into effect for 4 weeks. If space allows we may waive this requirement. ● If you wish to withdraw your child from our program we require 4 weeks notice. ● If you choose to leave our program prior to 4 weeks your tuition will still be due until the 4 week period is complete.
